Comments to the Department of Labor, the Department of the Treasury, and the Department of Health and Human Services regarding CMS-9938-P – Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act; Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) and the Uniform Glossary. Consumers Union provided comments to the Departments regarding suggested changes to the SBC, including support for addition of a new coverage example.
