March 31, 2011 – Nearly 30-thousand Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota members will have to pay a lot more for health insurance. Big rate increases are hitting individual policy holders. Some as high as 17 percent. The majority — more than 26,000 people — will be seeing a 14 percent increase.
