April 20, 2011 – A federal judge heard arguments but issued no ruling Tuesday on Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan’s motion to dismiss a lawsuit alleging the nonprofit insurer forces hospitals to suppress competition and drive up rates for consumers.
