March 31, 2011 – Gov. Susana Martinez has a great opportunity to become a champion of transparency and good government in one area that has long been a sore spot for both businesses and consumers rising health insurance premiums. All she has to do is sign Senate Bill 208/499, a compromise bill to reform a review process that created so much controversy earlier this year during the Blue Cross rate case.
