Milford Daily News: Ballooning healthcare cost towns $3.2 billion compared to state plan

May 11, 2011–Massachusetts cities and towns would have saved $3.3 billion on healthcare since 2001 if they’d been able to hold their cost increases to the same rate as those communities in the state’s Group Insurance Commission.
