We, the undersigned organizations, thank you for the opportunity to comment on the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s request for information on recall effectiveness. This comment is an important follow up to the recall effectiveness workshop that the Commission hosted in July 2017 and the report that the Commission subsequently released in February 2018. We hope that our comments will contribute to the CPSC’s goal to advance the concepts that were discussed at the workshop and in the report.
