Consumer Reports joined a coalition of consumer, business, industry, science, public health and environmental advocacy organizations in applauding Governor Steve Sisolak for beginning the process of having the state of Nevada adopt Clean Car Standards. By engaging in a formal rule-making process, Nevada will study the impacts of adopting the program, which CR says could save drivers money by reducing fuel use, reduce harmful air and climate pollution, and expand access to low and zero-emission vehicles in the state.
