Consumer Reports files comments with Office of the National Cyber Director on memory safety

Consumer Reports submitted comments to the White House Office of the National Cyber Director in response to its request for comment on Open Source Software Security. In its comments, CR stressed the importance of transitioning away from memory unsafe programming languages and provided detailed recommendations on how to most effectively manage this transition.
