These comments were submitted as part of CR’s role as a member of the Clean Transportation Program Advisory Committee for the California Energy Commission. Our comments address the Commission’s Clean Transportation Program Investment plan, which will direct funding from 2020-2023. Our comments address light duty vehicle charging infrastructure and the Recovery and Reinvestment fund. The comments express support for the Investment Plan’s stated commitment to funding charging infrastructure that targets consumers in multifamily dwellings.
