These comments were submitted as part of CR’s role as a member of the Clean Transportation Program Advisory Committee for the California Energy Commission. Our comments address the Commission’s Clean Transportation Program Investment plan, which will direct over $300 million in funding from 2020-2023. We focused on light duty electric vehicle charging infrastructure, supporting funding that addressed barriers to passenger EV adoption.
