Comments to the Department of Human Services regarding CMS-10558 –Information Collection for Machine Readable Data for Provider Network and Prescription Formulary Content for FFM QHPs. Consumers Union provided comments to the Department regarding the importance of data collection to call on issuers to strengthen and make more transparent provider directories and prescription formularies.
