The Bowling Green resident contends with a host of chronic ailments that limit her mobility, including an enlarged heart, high blood pressure, borderline diabetes and knee pains. A surgery that Hearld had considered has been postponed because the procedure would be unsafe to perform on a person with high blood pressure.
