Chris Harto, senior policy counsel for Consumer Reports’ sustainability policy team, testified about clean vehicle policies at a hearing conducted by the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment & Public Works’ Subcommittee on Clean Air, Climate, and Nuclear Safety.
Harto discussed the consumer benefits of the Environmental Protection Agency’s recent proposal for new limits on emissions from new cars and light-duty trucks.
