SUMMARY: Statement for the record to the House Judiciary Antitrust Subcommittee, for its hearing on the proposed merger of T-Mobile and Sprint, currently under investigation in the Justice Department and the FCC, explaining our concerns that the loss of competition would result in consumers having fewer, worse, and more costly choices for mobile phone service.
