Consumers Union, the policy and mobilization arm of the non-profit Consumer Reports, writes to urge Congress to focus on preserving the expanded coverage and consumer protections provided under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). A move to repeal the ACA without a comprehensive plan in place would threaten consumers and our nation’s health system as a whole.
