Consumers Union, the policy and mobilization arm of Consumer Reports, letter to the Senate Commerce Committee encouraging members to consider topics, including broadband privacy rules, net neutrality rules, robocalls, high cable prices and fees, and set-top box competition, for discussion in advance of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) oversight hearing scheduled for March 8, 2017.
