In response to petitions filed for reconsideration of the Federal Communication Commission’s broadband privacy rule, Consumers Union, the policy and mobilization arm of Consumers, and Consumer Federation of America file jointly in support of the rule and oppose a reconsideration of this necessary consumer protection.
