CU comments to the FDA on “Food Labeling: Serving Sizes of Foods That Can Reasonably Be Consumed at One-Eating Occasion

Consumers Union strongly supports the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) proposal to revise the Reference Amounts Customarily Consumed (RACCs) for certain will be of great benefit in helping consumers make choices that support a healthy lifestyle. We urge FDA to expeditiously finalize this rule, as well as the companioproposal regarding revisions to the Nutrition Facts Panel, regarding which we have submitted separate comments.
