CU comments to the CFPB on mobile financial services

CU comments focus on three types of mobile financial services: mobile money management, mobile transaction accounts, and mobile payment tools and applications. We also include recommendations for the Bureau, as well as other regulators, lawmakers and service providers to ensure that the consumers using these new technologies are protected.
