CU comments to FTC for hearings on “Competition and Consumer Protection in the 21st Century” — Antitrust and Competition Issues

SUMMARY: The Federal Trade Commission is planning hearings to assess the current state of its competition and consumer protection enforcement and advocacy policy. These comments submitted by Consumers Union focus on the antitrust and competition policy issues. Consumers Union also submitted comments on a number of consumer protection policy topics posed by the FTC.
