CR letter urging Congress to put people first when responding to COVID-19 crisis

Consumer Reports letter to Congress calling on lawmakers to ensure that the financial well-being of families and individuals is a central priority of any legislation that aims to address the economic impacts of the COVAD-19 public health crisis.  The letter highlights CR’s petition supported by more than 65,000 people urging Congress to adopt reforms to prevent Americans from falling into long-term debt or losing their homes during this period of emergency and highlights .
