Consumer Reports letter to the FDA in support of Celiac Journey’s Citizen Petition calling for the labeling of Gluten on all food packaging in the U.S., as is required on food labels in 87 countries worldwide. CR supports the petition, which will help protect those who have Celiac Disease, their parents and caregivers who have the right to know whether the food they buy contains Gluten.
