CR Letter in support of the FAIR Act to end forced arbitration

Consumer Reports letter endorsing the Forced Arbitration Injustice Reversal (FAIR) Act, a bill introduced by Senator Richard Blumenthal that prohibits corporations from forcing consumers, workers, and small businesses into mandatory arbitration to settle disputes.  An identical letter was sent to Representative Hank Johnson, the sponsor of the legislation in the House of Representatives.
