Consumer Reports letter to U.S. Senate Committee on Competition Policy, Antitrust, and Consumer Rights in support of legislation to rein in the market power of large online platforms

Consumer Reports wrote members of the U.S. Senate Committee on Competition Policy, Antitrust, and Consumer Rights to urge them to address the problematic market power of the largest online platforms.

Consumer Reports urges this Subcommittee and Congress to consider and vote on legislation such as the American Innovation and Choice Online Act (S2992) and the Open App Markets Act (S2710)  that previously passed the Senate Judiciary Committee with strong bipartisan support.
