Consumer Reports letter calling on Citibank to improve relief for borrowers during the COVID-19 crisis

Consumer Reports letter to Citibank urging it to improve its treatment of cardholders who have been hurt by the economic downturn caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.  CR called on Citibank to do more to publicize the relief available to struggling borrowers, ensure that its customer service representatives follow those policies, and provide additional protections to help cardholders get back on track financially.
