SUMMARY:  Consumer Reports comment letter to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on the agency’s proposal to allow the widespread use of streptomycin to treat citrus disease.  CR’s letter calls on the EPA to reverse its proposed decision because of the unacceptable risk it would pose to human health and the environment.
