Consumer and health groups’ letter to FDA on nutrition labeling requirements for chain restaurant menu items on third party platforms

Letter from Consumer Reports, Center for Science in the Public Interest, American Heart Association, American Public Health Organization, Center for Digital Democracy, and Consumer Federation of American calling on the FDA to issue guidance making clear that third party platforms must comply with nutrition labeling requirements for chain restaurant menu items.  Third party platforms include DoorDash, Seamless, Grubhub, and Uber Eats.
