Comments to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in response to on the proposed Policy on No-Action Letters and the Product Sandbox.

The proposal opens the door to far broader exemptions from enforcement of and compliance with federal law and policy than is necessary for innovation to flourish, and runs the risk of turning consumers into guinea pigs on whom unsafe financial products are tested in the name of innovation by unaccountable providers.
