SUMMARY: Consumer Reports comments regarding the Department’s new proposed rule on Program Integrity, Gainful Employment. CU strongly opposes the Department’s proposal to rescind the gainful employment rule and urges the Department to implement the existing rule and resume its role in protecting students seeking job training from gainful employment programs.
