Cleaner Fuels: Consumer Reports letter to New Mexico Legislature in support of House Bill 426

Consumer Reports is supporting House Bill 426 introduced in the New Mexico Legislature.

This pro-consumer bill would establish a Clean Fuels Standard for the state.  It would help New Mexico consumers gain access to low carbon transportation fuels and technologies throughout the state.
