Amicus Brief for DC Court of Appeals to Overturn FCC Repeal of Net Neutrality Rules

Amicus brief to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to overturn the FCC’s repeal of the 2015 Open Internet Order and the net neutrality rules it enshrined. The brief asserts that the FCC misrepresented history in its claim that the previous Commission “abandoned almost twenty years of precedent” by classifying broadband internet access service under Title II of the Communications Act, failing to mention the seven years it classified wireline broadband as a Title II telecommunications service from 1998 through 2005.
